What if I need more pages than my tier includes?
Extra pages are available as add-ons at a variable rate depending on complexity. Just mention it when you fill out the quote form and we'll include it in your proposal.
How does the revision process work?
After we deliver the first draft, you give us a list of changes in one consolidated message. We make those changes and deliver again. That's one round. You get two rounds included. Additional rounds are $99 each. This keeps the project moving quickly and on budget.
Who handles hosting? Do I pay monthly fees?
You choose. Option A: We hand you the built files and you host it wherever you like — no ongoing fees from us. Option B: We host it on our provider for you (super fast, NZ/AU-region servers) for a small retainer, this all depends on the size and traffic of the site.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Just fill out our 5-minute questionnaire. We need: your business name, what you do, your contact details, any existing logo (or we'll use text), and any photos you want included. That's it. We'll handle the rest — including writing copy if you're stuck.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
The site is built in clean HTML/CSS — you or any developer can edit it if you host it yourself. We're also happy to make updates for you, 1 free change a year then at $50/hour going forward. We can discuss a monthly maintenance plan if you'd prefer someone else handles it.
Do you build brand new sites, or only redesigns?
Both — at the same price. Whether you have an existing site that needs a refresh or you're starting from scratch with no site at all, the packages cover either. A new build from zero is no different in cost to a makeover.
How accurate is the turnaround time?
Turnaround times assume timely feedback from you — if we send a draft and don't hear back for a week, the clock pauses. For launch, if your site needs to go onto your existing hosting (e.g. a cPanel or WordPress host), we'll need access credentials or your help coordinating that. We'll guide you through it, but it can add a day or two if there are delays on that side. We'll always be upfront about timing.
What if my current site has content I want to keep?
Absolutely — we'll port over your existing copy, images, and content into the new design. Just share the URL (or send us the files) and we'll take it from there. All included in the price.
